  • Our e-learning portal is intended for students, faculty, and authorized learners of AISAT.

  • You must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.

  • AISAT reserves the right to restrict access in case of false or misleading information.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Any activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.

  • Sharing login credentials or course content with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Learning Materials

  • All digital content (videos, notes, quizzes, assignments, etc.) is the intellectual property of AISAT.

  • You may use them only for personal, non-commercial academic purposes.

  • Copying, distributing, recording, or reselling content without written permission is prohibited.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All payments must be completed before course access is granted.

  • Fees, payment terms, and applicable taxes are displayed during enrollment.

  • Duplicate payments will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

6. Course Access & Availability

  • Access is granted immediately or as per the academic schedule communicated during enrollment.

  • AISAT reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue courses due to academic or administrative reasons.

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow learners in online forums and discussions.

  • Avoid posting offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.

  • Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty in assignments or exams.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AISAT strives to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee error-free or continuous operation.

  • AISAT will not be liable for technical issues, internet disruptions, or loss of data caused by external factors.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • AISAT may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
