Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We value your participation in our courses and strive to provide the best possible digital learning experience. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Course Enrollment & Cancellations

  • Once you enroll in a course and payment is confirmed, you are granted immediate or scheduled access to the learning materials.

  • Due to the nature of digital delivery, cancellations are not permitted once access has been provided.

  • If enrollment was made in error or duplicate payments were processed, please contact the support team within 48 hours for resolution.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to verified technical problems on our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.

  2. Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same course.

  3. Course Cancellation by AISAT: If a scheduled course is cancelled by the institution due to administrative or academic reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Failure to meet system requirements (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible devices/software).

  • Incomplete use of services (e.g., partial attendance or non-completion of a course).

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.

  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Full name and registered email ID.

  • Course name and enrollment date.

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID.

  • Reason for refund request.
