This course equips students with a practical toolkit of AI-powered and productivity tools used in today’s workplaces. It begins with generative AI and prompt engineering, then moves to tools for research, writing, presentations, and coding, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Grammarly, Gamma, and GitHub Copilot.
Students then build data skills through Power BI, covering data cleaning, visualization, DAX, and interactive dashboards. They learn to produce polished academic and technical documents with LaTeX and Beamer, and to design resumes, reports, infographics, and videos using Canva and its AI tools.
The course also covers professional development, including building a LinkedIn presence and using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration. It closes with AI ethics, covering fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy, so students use AI responsibly.
By the end, students will be able to use AI tools effectively, analyze and present data, create professional documents, and build a strong online professional profile.
